Max David Hamilton, a truly beautiful, courageous young man who was adored by everyone. He touched many souls with his warm, loving heart and his enjoyment for life inspired many.

On the night of the 26th of July 2019 at the age of 19, he had a fatal skateboarding accident and was cruelly taken from this world. After facing extreme brain and head injuries, he tragically passed away in hospital on the 27th of July 2019. Being the very giving person he was, he donated six of his organs giving a new life to six recipients.

He loved all things skateboarding, carving his way through life and seeing it as an art to express himself, so much so that he built his own skateboard deck press and launched a skateboard brand.

He cared for the community and was very passionate about making much-needed improvements to the local skatepark.

We have set up this CIC to fundraise in memory of Max. The valued funds will be used to run regular skateboard deck building workshops within the skateboard and local community. Whilst building the decks our fully trained facilitators will chat about the importance of head protection and wearing a helmet.

All your contributions are truly appreciated by the SKATE to the MAX team and will endeavour to spread this crucial message far and wide.

THINK AHEAD BEFORE YOU SHRED.
